Use Before Shampooing: Remove cap. Use applicator tip to part detangled hair, exposing the scalp. Squeeze tube to dispense scrub directly onto scalp. Gently massage to distribute scrub throughout entire scalp. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Mielle Rosemary Mint Strengthening Shampoo and Rosemary Mint Strengthening Conditioner.

If Nutrafol did not work for you this might. I tried Nutrafol for 6 months with no change but more hair loss. This product has my hair growing faster and healthier.
Refreshing scalp experience

I like the refreshing smell and how easy it is to use! The nozzle tip makes it very easy to apply to. It's not clear though if I'm supposed to apply to my dry scalp, like before I hop in the shower or apply when I'm in the shower and my hair is wet before I shampoo. Used for first time so we will see how it works long term.

I like that it has a hair parting tip. I store mine upside down in the grab bar attached to my shower wall so I don't experience any leaking. it's best to make sure the bottle is filled with plenty of air and then give it a hefty shake to get the product ready to come out. that makes it so you can easily squeeze it out with one hand and control your hair with the other. the scent is very clean and a bit earthy. it's similar to my loreal thickening shampoo, just with less flowery notes. the rosemary is very apparent while you're using it but it doesn't linger afterwards. your hair will end up smelling like your shampoo and conditioner. I have very oily hair and I do a pre-wash with my shampoo on just my scalp every time but when I feel like I need something extra or have had to use excess products for styling, I use this scrub. it gives a nice reset and makes your scalp really clean without leaving flakes or anything else behind (rinse a lot and then probably a little bit more). I would definitely recommend this but it looks like it's probably a bad idea to store it standing on it's cap so keep that in mind.
More product in cap than in bottle

All the product ends up in the cap after I close it. Maybe I'm not storing it right but I think you should be able to store it cap side down without losing tons of product, especially when it's costly.
