Texture is rough, packaging leaks
This shampoo smells nice but the texture is a bit harsh. I can't run my fingers through my hair while shampooing. Not until after I rinse it and get some conditioner on. Tried it. Won't buy again.
Like many other reviews and photos the packaging alone will turn me away forever. Unless you turn the pump to close it each time you shower and even that didnt stop it from leaking it just gets messy. The consistency is like a concentrate so i didnt have to use much soap compared to other shampoos. Smell is nice but didnt see a difference on what it did for my thick straight hair.

I completely remove my hair loss and dandruff. It is the best champu I have ever tasted.
Product is nice, packaging sucks
I like this shampoo. It cleanses without stripping, settles my scalp, and leaves my hair squeaky clean and ready to receive conditioner. However the pump package sucks. Every time I use it, I lose a whole extra pump down the front of the bottle which looks kind of gross and also, I think I've lost a third of the bottle between the leaking and the fact that you can't get it all out with the pump.

I love this shampoo and conditioner combo. But.
I will likely not purchase this product again because the pump leaks often, and I dont feel it is enough product for the pricepoint. But my goodness i LOVE the smell and it makes my hair super shiny and soft. Certainly quality shampoo. But i feel the value is diminished with my above "cons".
