I love JVN so I was excited to use this. I have wavy, thin, bleached hair. The scent is amazing, the packaging is lovely, and i love that the brand is free of all the bad stuff. That being said, my hair hated this conditioner so much. It was so dry after every use - as soon as I rinsed it out in the shower my hair would turn into a matted mess. My hair dresser even said "I know you like volume, but you really need to lay off the sea salt spray and use something with moisture". and the thing is that i don't even use sea salt spray, or any type of texturizing products. I was heartbroken, but when I switched back to redken, all was right with the world (and my hair). I don't want to discourage anyone from giving this a chance, but this is just a cautionary tale.

I used to have to use special shampoo and conditioner for my color treated hair. Now I just use JVN shampoo and conditioner. It smells great, works great, and I love the aluminum bottle (less plastic makes me feel better). This just checks so many boxes for me!

I love the natural formula without all of the chemicals and eco friendly packaging, but the twist tops are terrible! They never open up correctly for the first use and usually break off and spinning them for ever.

Not a big fan of this new one. My hair feels dry not silky smooth like the other JVN shampoo/conditioners I've used.
