First, this tastes so yummy- literally like a cherry gummy candy or lifesaver. I love that this is so much more than the previous magnesium blend supplement at basically the same price. This helps relax me for sleep plus literally super hydrates every cell in my body. I used to get bloody noses and super dry skin in high altitude and now I am good. That is when I knew this supplement really worked. I keep this by my nightstand so I am consistent with taking it as that is when I saw results. It is like a little bed time treat. I take it a little at a time to savior the flavor.
