Does it nees to be applied before serums like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C? Can moisturizer be applied after the Hero Rescue Balm?

New Formula
I loved this stuff! As someone with rosacea I have a hard time finding something that actually helps with my redness. This time I got it though I noticed the box said "new formula". Not improved. The new version is less green and turns yellow right away. Im super bummed. Not a good product anymore.
New formula
I loved the old formula but recently they changed it. It feels greasy and not as much pigment pay off as the last formula. The texture is completely different and my face looks really orange. I really wish they didn't change the formula because now i want to return it. I dont know if it will break me out or not. There's no information on the new formula. Just really upset.

I have been buying this product for years and loved it. Unfortunately, this last time I purchased, I noticed it was advertising a 'new formula'. Well, thats code for no longer offers coverage, is oily and all around useless. I am so bummed because this used to be my go-to

I have rosacea and acne and have struggled with confidence my whole life. For nearly 10 years i refused to leave the house without makeup on because i was so embarassed. I've embraced my skin the last few years, but found this and decided to give it a try. Yall, this product made me feel like i was seeing what i look like without red skin for the first time ever! I walked out of the bathroom after trying it out and my husband told me i was glowing! However, after reading other reviews about the pigment, im realizing maybe it works so well for me because it's summer and i currently have a tan. I plan on continuing to use it regularly for now, but we'll see if its still a match for me in a few months when my tan fades, as im naturally very fair skinned. But for now, i can finally enjoy the heat of summer without piling makeup on for every event and dealing with sweat and touch-ups because my skin finally looks NORMAL without a full face of foundation!! I'm so excited.
