Thank you for your inquiry! Everyone's skin routine looks a little different but Rescue Balm is typically applied after cleansing the face and before any other serums or moisturizers. BRING HER BACK

The new formula takes a former holy grail product and completely ruins each and every one of its good qualities. The old formula was thin, easy to blend, and highly pigmented; it would only oxidize very slightly when drying, which on my skin tone resulted in a very natural coverage for blemishes. ...

New formula is just awful and does absolutely nothing besides make me oily. I have been begging for the old formula back for months.

Bring back the old formula. No shame in it!

I used the old product almost everyday. It was perfect for work, running errands, and casual outings. This new formula is an entirely new product. It had its uses, but they are very different from the original. I wish they would bring back the old formula, and remarket this compound as a new product. I suggest as a color-correcting primer. However, I will say that I'm noticing more breakouts since the formula change, so I'm not sure I would use it. Please bring back the old formula!!

Only giving it a bad review in hopes it gets sone sort of attention. Clearly, thr new formula isnt working. I bought a new one and hadnt relized it was a new formula! Right away as i applied it, i knew something was wrong. This was the one AFFORDABLE product that truly worked. So sad for us rosacea girlies. :(((((
