I been using this for a year now …..everything was ok but now Iam bald and my hair won't grow back I've wasted hundreds of dollars trying to repair my hair nothing works !!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!
Please stop using this brand! An active ingredient is formaldehyde. (DMDM Hydantoin) it is a known carcinogen and causes hair loss! I have seen a SIGNIFICANT difference once I switched brands. My hair is now healthier, smoother and shinier since I stopped using this brand. Way more manageable! I thought for a while it was just how my hair was. NOPE! I used this conditioner in particular and it never conditioned or hydrated my hair. It was always dry and brittle! Please do not use this or any OGX brand. They are not good!
LAWSUIT
When I first used it, it made my hair soft. I've been using it for a few months maybe close to a year now and I've seen a lot of hair loss and my hair feels dried out and more tangled. Then I read about the lawsuit OGX is in right now and decided to stop using it went to Ulta and got another more organic shampoo.
Beware of formaldehyde lawsuit!!
Please research class action lawsuit before buying OGX shampoo and conditioner!!!
