Position Puff's outer ring around an area you'd like to stimulate. Apply a lil' pressure to create a seal around the enclosed area. For new sexplorers, try starting on the lowest intensity setting and increasing as desired. Play around with Puff's position, orientation, pressure, and intensity to find a spot that works for you! When you want a sensation to build, maintain the seal in that position.

If you're still on the fence about buying the Puff, I'm here to get you off of it. Puff was my very first toy that I've purchased and let me tell you… I was terrified to take the leap, but I can't live without it now. I first bought it my freshman year of college, and it finally went kaput after four years so I immediately bought it again last week but pink this time (it was a sad week and a half waiting for it to arrive) and it is so cute!! My previous Puff got very good usage over the years solo and with my partner too (though I prefer using Puff solo, sorry not sorry). I'm not a huge fan of the pattern vibrations like in the Bender, so this has been perfect for me without overstimulating myself. I'm excited to continue these good vibes (haha) with my new Puff!

I bought the puff to replace a different brand suction toy and it does not live up to its competitors. The highest setting feels lower than the lowest on my previous toy. I was surprised, because it has such high review ratings. It does fit nicely in the hand and looks super cute but it doesn't really work for me.
