Position Puff's outer ring around an area you'd like to stimulate. Apply a lil' pressure to create a seal around the enclosed area. For new sexplorers, try starting on the lowest intensity setting and increasing as desired. Play around with Puff's position, orientation, pressure, and intensity to find a spot that works for you! This is my second puff and it is very much different from the first version/model. Maybe half the strength at best. Don't waste your money. I have spent $200+ on products from unbound over the last year. When I reached out about this being a poor product, I heard nothing back. Disappointed to say the least. Look at other brands/companies.
