I bought this 3 years ago. So far working great. Never had any problem. I have very thick hair. So this is best one for my hair, because straighting takes less time with extra wide plate. Love it

Theres bad comments but i love the product. Ive had it close to a year with no issues. It doesnt burn your hair, you can easily adjust the temperature. Its wide enough to get more of your hair at once. Id just recommend using heat protectant to add that layer of protection.
