Great until it wasn't

Perfect for me
My hair length is just above my shoulder I use this tool for my bottom layers, outward. And then I use a bigger round brush tool for my top layers inward. This tool is great. Not really any cons for my use.
Returning - not good for getting the roots
I was pretty disappointed with this tool and will be returning it. The bristles are too soft to grab your roots so I ended up with curly roots and straight hair. I have another brush dryer from a different brand that doesn't have that problem.

Good product but….
Ok, I bought this for the ease of it drying my hair & styling at the same time. It works extremely well! However, I used it just about everyday! When the bristles start to burn out. Trash it & buy a new one!!! This literally broke my hair off in 3 different sections of my head. After crying in my stylist' chair, we did process of elimination & it was this brush. I would say after about 1 year, get a new one! I thought since the top came off, I could just buy a new top (it should be that way!!!) but you can't. Im going to Ulta tomorrow for a new one!
