I loved this eyebrow pencil—the precision and how smooth it goes on but the fact I feel that MAC cheats at its customers really upsets me. You know well that they increase the prices of their beauty products but with less quantity. I know they used to have more quantity in their brow pencils, but I know it's way less because I go through these eyebrow pencils so fast and I barely use much the of the product daily. Do better, MAC.

It isn't often I commit to one product. I'm always on the hunt for better. This is it. It applies smoothly, allows for fine strokes and has a lot of colors to pick from. I don't notice a difference in the amount of product from what it used to be as others have reviewed. I would say that if you need to fill in your eyebrows substantially it may not last a long time, but to fill in the front and the tails it's lasts well enough. Additionally, the product is very thin, but that's what allows for hairlike strokes. This goes on easily so if you use too much pressure it will break, but that's only happened to me once. I would definitely recommend this product to friends/family.
Love Hate Relationship
I've used MAC brow pencil (stud) daily for literally decades, so this change in formula/amount/packaging is truly disappointing and dear I say heart-breaking! I used to be able to go several months before needing to replace my brow pencil, now I'm lucky if one pencil lasts three weeks! I hate that my eyebrows do not like any other brow pencil, and believe me I've tried every dupe! So for the sake of my eyebrow health, I bite the bullet and just buy two MAC brow pencils at a time. That way I avoid that awful feeling you get when you realize the pencil won't turn anymore and you've already finished one brow! Nobody has time for that! MAC, please do better and go back to the original!

They are literally begging for their customers to leave…
I have been usung this pencil for sooooo long. Then I started to notice a change. Number one it was breaking off easier. And number two it was running out quicker. Same price with less product. A very noticable amount, and then to have it break off constantly on top of that?! Peace out MAC. I found a great alternative that matches my needs and feels like our beloved product, and for a lot less… Morphe Nano Pencil. Its an amazing product. Now my go-to!
