 Pro Artist Lilac Pearl Turbo Salon Dryer

I was given this hair tool to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I'm pleased with this dryer! I've been using a dryer with very minimal settings, and is pretty loud, so this is a nice upgrade! I appreciate the quality of materials on this Hot Tools dryer and the lilac color. The texture is soft and easy to handle, the various settings and attachments make drying time quicker and adaptable to the different hair textures in my family. A cord reel would be nice, but not a deal breaker.

My previous hair dryer was a cheap, small, black blow dryer from a local big box store. This new one by Hot Tools is a MAJOR upgrade, and I love it! The heat settings make it easy to minimize damage, and I love that I can control the air flow if I'm in a pinch for time. It's lightweight, easy to use, and my favorite color! My previous blow dryer didn't come with any attachments, so I loved getting to test out the attachments in the Hot Tools dryer. The defuser is my favorite! This hair dryer didn't make my hair feel stringy or coarse when I was finished. It was smooth and shiny, and I was able to blow dry my entire head in 6 minutes! I think this is the best dryer I've ever used, and I even dragged about it to my mom, who's a hair dresser. Thank you Stellar Panel for sending it to me to test!

I have been so pleased with this hair dryer. I received it a week or two ago as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it was perfect timing as I had just started to notice my old hair dryer was starting to get that burning smell. I love that the Hot Tools dryer has a removable filter, so I won't have to worry about that happening, I can remove it and clean it. I've also found that my hair comes out much smoother and without the fly aways I used to get. I love that it comes with concentrator, diffuser and styling pik attachments. And the hair dryer itself is so pretty! I wouldn't normally pick this out just for the color, but I love it!

Shout out to Stellar Product Testing for allowing me to test out this product! I LOVED the lilac color of this hairdryer. It was the prefect size and provided a fast drying experience. I loved the attachments as well! The diffuser was my favorite, the others I did not find as useful. My favorite feature was the high, med, low temp setting and high and low blower setting. This worked well with the diffusing attachment. This made my hair feel smooth and less frizzy, as well as faster drying time than other hair dyers I've used.

I received this hair tool from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to review and I was so excited to give it a try! The light purple of the hair dryer is subtle and the hair dryer as a whole is very light, sleek and modern looking. Performance-wise, the hair dryer did not knock my socks off for the price point. The airflow on this dryer was underwhelming as were the heat settings. Once the cool shot button was pressed, it felt like it took quite a while for any heat to come back out of the dryer. The attachments also had a lot of venting, which made them ineffective at achieving the styling result (concentrator and styling pick for volume – none of which worked well). Another downside to this dryer, although extremely light and ergonomic, is that the buttons on the dryer are rather awkward and on the side of the dryer, which was problematic when the buttons would accidently be pushed mid-styling. Although it did take my hair longer to dry with this hair dryer, it did make my hair sleek, shiny, smooth and touchably soft, which if you have the time – is great! While this dryer is a beauty and does make hair soft and shiny, I am not sure it is worth the price point due to the lack of power, heat and time to style.
