Good dryer…except for…

I've been using the InfinitiPRO by Conair Performa Series Ionic Ceramic Dryer for about a week. I have two other hair dryers at home that I've used for years. One is actually an old Conair dryer. Let me get the negatives out of the way. It's heavier than my other hair dryers. I can see it being an ...issue if you're someone with really long hair who does a full blow out that takes a long time. But, for me, it was ok. I have short sides and long hair only on top, so my drying sessions aren't too long. Next, I did not like the attachments. I found that the length of the dryer and added length of the attachments made them awkward to use, except for the short silver attachment. The attachments also felt kind of cheap compared to the dryer, and I didn't like how they snapped on and off. I felt like I was gonna break them, cuz they don't feel solid. Here are the positives. The drying function felt way gentler on my hair than my other dryers. When I was done, I didn't feel like my hair had been burnt. Sometimes when I just use a drop of hair oil and strengthening lotion before blow drying my hair with my other dryers, my hair is slightly frizzy and calms by the next day. When I used this dryer, I didn't have the frizz I normally have. I'm guessing it's due to the ionic feature. This is my first ionic hair dryer, and I like the difference. My hair feels softer and smoother than with my other dryers. The high/low air flow settings and cool/warm/hot temperature settings aren't uncommon, but they're always welcome. There's also an added cool air button. I have that on my other dryers, but what I like about this one is it cool and turns up the air flow to high. I would buy this product. This is a good dryer, but I could do without the attachments. Maybe I'd look for a Conair dryer like this that doesn't have the attachments. I like using my own brushes with the dryer. I'll probably put my other 2 dryers to rest. They're getting up there in age anyway. Looks like my new Conair dryer is gonna be part of the family for awhile. I would recommend this Conair dryer to my friends and family. In fact, my sister and maybe my Mom are coming to visit from out of town. They've been using hair dryers almost every day since I was a kid. I want them to try this dryer and see if they feel the same way. Thanks for the opportunity to try this. It's a win for me.
