Shake well before use. Draw the tip of the pen from the inner to the outer eye corner, sticking as close to the lash line as possible. Slant the pen to create a thicker line.

It's ok. I used it for a while, and it was ok for a few hours, then later during the day it started becoming tacky and smudging. I even used started using less, and then setting it with a powder, but no matter what I seemed to do, I always ended up with the same results.

This has become my go to eyeliner over the last few years. It's not expensive, but I often get compliments on how straight my line is. Pretty easy to use and last a decent amount of time. Definitely a repeat purchase for me.
