Hold applicator at a slight angle and apply color to the base of the lashes. Use a light touch for thin lines or a firmer touch for thicker lines. Removal is easy, use a water based makeup remover. Best stored with tip down for ultimate color saturation.

How do I remove it bc I've tried two different wipes and coconut oil and it won't leave my eyes

I love using tons of different eyeshadow types and I usually apply this eyeliner pen OVER the shadow just to keep the color consistant and the liner glides on smooth, doesn't fade or crease. I love the pen tip because I'm a notorious "wing" girl and love that it's soo precise that I never NEVER have...

Not very pigmented, I tend to have to press a lot to get it to work well. Fun shape, cute cap, a little hard to get on, easy to get off. The brush is good, the tip is fine, it just pulls at my skin a bit and i can't get a straight line.

What I experienced with this product is: not pigmented at all, the cap is bouncy and hard to put on. And over all not a great product. But there are some pros: awesome tip/brush. And good in a pinch. If you need something quick get this. But if you need something that needs to last. Don't get it.
For the price?
Its alright. But if youre on a budget and want a BLACK eyeliner, get their h2o proof one for $7 instead. This one is like. the ghost of a black eyeliner.
