Go BIG: For a fuller lip we suggest overlining the cupids bow and center of the lower lip. Continue by following the natural lip lines and lightly diffuse the color with the brush. Be sure not to overline the entire lip, it can make the lip appear artificial or uneven.
Be BOLD: Create a bold, matte Lip look by using a color one to two shades deeper than your natural lip tone of the Power Line™ Plumping Lip Liner to go along the lip line. Then, use a color like REAL RED, RECHARGE RUBY, or POWERFUL PLUM to line over the other color and fill in the entire lip for a matte, plump pout in a statement color.
Feel SEXY: Use a color that is one to two shades deeper of the Power Line™ Plumping Lip Liner than your natural lip tone to line and fill in the lips slightly. Use the built-in brush to blend the color towards the center of the lip for a sexy, plumper lip.

I love the shade of the color it works perfectly with the gloss. I wish it was transfer proof or long lasting - i love the blueing brush it's really soft and useful, if ur using the liner only and want to add some depth and color to your lips.

Great lip liner for more mauve/darker pink lipsticks ir glosses. The liner itself applies smoothly and defines the lips nicely but my favorite feature is the built-in lip brush on the other end. Makes it so much easier to blend it in and look natural, what a great idea by Buxom. The product lasts for hours. Overall a very practical and well-designed lip liner."

I absolutely love this lip liner! The formula glides on smoothly and gives just the right amount of plump without any sting. I absolutely loved the dual quality with the featured brush. And the application went on so smoothly, I was really impressed. The color was the best part! I wore this for a night out and I felt my lips looked so great and full. I didn't experience any irritation and it was easy to remove. I only wish the color was a longer lasting. Aside from that, I didn't have any complaints.

The packaging feels high-quality, and the tip has a great angle and thickness, so it won't snap easily. The application is a breeze, and the shade is exactly as pictured. I appreciate the dual-ended design with the blending brush. It can be worn as a liner with gloss or all over the lip. Best of all, it stays put all day without smudging and a little goes a long way. Only issue is there really isn't any plump!
