Then, use a color like REAL RED, RECHARGE RUBY, or POWERFUL PLUM to line over the other color and fill in the entire lip for a matte, plump pout in a statement color.

Feel SEXY: Use a color that is one to two shades deeper of the Power Line™ Plumping Lip Liner than your natural lip tone to line and fill in the lips slightly. Use the built-in brush to blend the color towards the center of the lip for a sexy, plumper lip.
