It an ok product
I love the thought of this. It's just not the best specially for the price. The mask feels nice on my nose and chin. The extraction tool is painful. You have to press hard to get anything out. I would pad on this.
Terrible
This didnt work how it is claimsd. I even steamed my pores before to soften sebum more. The mask doesnt work. Buy a sebum softener instead.
Product burned my face!
I got recommended this product as an employee noticed I have blackheads and such. I bought the product, cleansed my face, applied this product as intructed and it immediately burned my face! I look like i have a sunburn and hurts! DO NOT BUY

I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately, it doesn't work as described. The instructions aren't very descriptive & pressing hard with the tool on my skin actually caused me to bleed. The product didn't actually remove anything visible from my face, which was very disappointing after scrapping my face raw. The product also smells like plastic, which was weird.

I really like the concept of this product. I've always wanted to try it instead of pore strips, but unfortunately I'll likely stick with them. The cream you apply to your face first has a pretty bad odor, but it does go away after a few minutes. The shape of the actual device looks like it would fit the contours of your nose, but it's actually more awkward. I also found that I had to press pretty hard to see any results, which didn't feel good. The amount of "gunk" I got out of my pores just wasn't worth the bad scent, the difficulty in actually gliding it along the curves of your face, and the amount of painful pressure you need to see results.
