Terrible shampoo
Will never buy this shampoo again my hair was healthy and fine until i used this, put 4 big knots in my hair after i just washed it i'll probably be sitting here for 2 hours tearing my hair apart, this should not be selling take this OFF the shelves asap!

Hair Type Very Curly Hair
I've never had such a terrible experience with a shampoo. I started using this a few months ago, at first my hair would feel a little dry, but I switch up hair products frequently and wasn't sure if this was the culprit. However after multiple uses and narrowing down products, I have determined it this shampoo. Since I started using it my wash day has become worse and worse, my hair has become extremely dry, knotty and difficult to detangle, which has NEVER been an issue for me. Tonight I lost so much hair trying to detangle that I will be throwing the rest away immediately. I have 3c/4a hair for reference. There are so many better shampoos out there, save yourself from this one.

This is awful. It dried my hair out. I reached out to customer service for support to see if I could return or exchange and they told me they don't do that. Mielle doesn't care about loyal customers being happy with their products. Do not recommend this shampoo and I will not be buying more Mielle products.

Mielle was once my go to hair line. I have used these products since 2019. My hair was always moisturized and easy to detangle using the Pomegranate & Honey line. I am not sure what changed in the product ingredients but I started experiencing hair loss in 2022. My hair went from mid back to me having to cut it shoulder length. My hair would shed extremely bad every time I shampooed. I discontinued using this hair line at the beginning of this year and my hair is finally growing back. I am not sure what you changed in the ingredients, but you all should definitely go back to whatever worked in 2019. No shade to this business I'm just sharing my experience.

So I know this product is formulated for adults but after I used the Rosmary and mint for myself I decided to try this on my daughter, her hair was breaking, frizzy and horribly tangled and this has been doing wonders for her hair and she absolutely loves it!
