Use the lip liner to trace the outer corners and edges. Connect the line to outline the rest of your lips. Blend with the brush included to create a natural transition. Fill in with your favorite J.Cat Beauty lippies.

I really wanted 2 lip liners so I ignored the reviews and bought them anyway. I ordered 2 mauve shades but received toffee & deep brick red. Brings the lips to life
at first was skeptical as usually buy higher brand but love the color on my tan skin, the tingly of th pumpling and the slanted tip with brush to make the lips look fuller
Plumping=Burn
I should have payed more attention to the product title and description. If you don't mind the burn /tingling sensation on the lips then I do recommend this lip liner. In the beginning it is a little strong and the more you put on the more it burns but it wears off throughout the day. I don't think I will be repurchasing this product because I have other beautiful lip liners that don't burn my lips but I will keep using them because I do like the colors that I got (sugar honey and red).

After talking with a rep it's clear that the color names/numbers have been put into ulta's system incorrectly. it's been happening for months but apparently ulta doesn't care. they won't send me what I originally wanted. they can't modify orders. so they're refunding me & telling me to reorder. But I bought them when they were on sale. Now they expect me to pay the full price. RIDICULOUS
