I got this product in the shade Crown Jewel and it didn't disappoint! I've always loved MAC for luxurious feeling makeup and this lip crayon is exactly that! The sleek packaging is perfect for keeping in my purse and the product formula is so creamy and smooth. The product quality surprised me, lasting all of Halloween night! The shade Crown Jewel has been so versatile, perfect for adding a subtle glitter on top of a lipstick or I've even used it to add some sparkle on my matte eyeshadows or a popping inner corner highlight! I generally love Mac products and I kinda liked this one too - the formula was creamy, easy to glide and left my lips feeling moisturized. Although the color is too subtle on it's own, it serves as a great topcoat providing that perfect touch of dazzle the dazzle whenever I need it! Great color pigment but it's not as glittery as it seems in the ads. Also not very long lasting for the price. I don't like the fact that you can't snap the cap on the opposite end while I apply it, makes touch ups on the go very difficult because you have to be careful not to lose the cap. Lastly, the Red Halo is a fuschia pink color, not a bright holiday red you would expect based on the name.

This lip crayon is super unique and I had never tried anything like it before. I wasn't sure if I was going to like to look of it or not, but after seeing how it looks on my lips, I loved it. It's definitely more bold than something I would usually wear but I found that it really made my lips pop and helped bring out other features in my face, especially my eyes. I found it to be a very fun look for a night out or something special. The color payoff is great and it applied like butter.
