Lovely matte look
I have been looking for a lipstick like this for years. It stays on for quite a while and the color is well-pigmented and the perfect matte.
Lipstick product fell out
The actual lip stick pigment sounded loose but some lip products sound like that. However, one time I opened it and it fell out :(( I was only able to enjoy it for a week. For the price, it felt kinda cheap quality. The color whipped is pretty though

Product came broken
First time buying online and the product came broken. The lipstick was broken in half. I contacted consumer service and got a replacement. The color is nice and neutral.
