Great product, terrible packaging (makes it unusable)
Hair Type Straight Hair
I've used this product for two years and it's been great. Lately, the last two bottles I've purchased have a spray nozzle that gets stuck after less than 2 weeks of use, rendering the bottle useless. This is extremely frustrating because I love the product but can't justify the spend when the bottles are so faulty.
NOZZLE
I have been buying tgis product for atleast a year now and ever bottle top breaks on me! Please change it. Im gonna have to switch to something else because of this
Mechanical issue
The product is great if you can get it out of the bottle. The spray mechanism gets jammed every time I try using it. For a while I could struggle through it but eventually it wouldn't work at all with a half a bottle left.
Fix the sprayer!

Loved the product the first two times I used it. After that the sprayer stopped working. The product clogged. Now I need to buy a separate bottle to use it. Kenra needs to upgrade their packaging.

For starters, the sprayer does not work well with this product. The product is THICK so you have to shake it for 35 minutes before you even attempt to spray it. The sprayer constantly gets clogged, sothen the product leaks. Also smells like old lady.
