Is this a "sticky hairspray" or a styling spray? I assume you can use either on damp or finished hair...I am trying to get away from "sticky" all over your bathroom mess with hairspray! I am hoping this is the solution as it seems that it is not like glue if this makes sense and you can spray on damp hair?

- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertKenra Design Spray is a lightweight hairspray. It is not sticky because it is very lightweight. I would not recommend applying any hairspray to damp hair. Hairspray should be applied at the end of your styling as a finishing spray.Was this answer helpful to you

I only use hairspray to hold a style in place and control the little flyaways when my hair is already dry. This product has a softer feeling without sacrificing hold, and I LOVE the smell. It may be an aerosol, but it doesn't make me choke when I use it and the scent does not overwhelm.

Locks in curls
I luv to use this section by section before I curl. This is NOT a heat protectant so make sure you've covered that first. Light spray (not "wet") a few inches away. Comb thru. It makes my curls hold and stay AND is brushable. It also seems to add good volume. I still finish w/a hold / finishing hair spray after I've brushed / or picked out. I also like to give a light spray and comb thru on DRY HAIR and then hit it just w/blow dryer. For reference my hair is thick, coarse, wavy, and naturally dry. And I am a Kenra fan girl … I do luv nearly every Kenra product I've bought.
Terrible! Don't waste your money!
This spray is terrible! It's more like scented air that comes out instead of hairspray. The scent is overbearing and it stinks. It doesn't stop frizz or humidity as it claims. Don't waste your money on this expensive trash.
Excellent Medium Hold and Great Smell

I have very fine hair and I don't like heavy hairspray. This Kenra Spray 9 gives my hair a perfect hold and still allows my hair to move without being stiff. It also has an excellent scent. I have been using this spray for several years.
Doesn't hold style at all
I dont dislike the product but works better on my daughters hair, which is thicker. My hair is thin and it didnt hold my hair at all.
