Would I apply this before or after moisturizer? I don't typically wear foundation and am just lhooing not to shone later in the day. I work in an office and use a conputer (read: blue light concerns) for most of the day.

I used the oil and shine control primer everyday in my t-zone. It smoothed out an old chicken pox scar on my forehead so much that it was nearly undetectable even to myself. Obsessed with this primer. It goes on so smoothly and works really well. It's very light and you can't even tell you're wearing it. I was impressed by how well it helped with oil control, even on my nose, which tends get shiny pretty quickly. I love that it's invisible after applied, because I can wear it under make up or on it's own to help prevent oily skin. I was excited to try this since i have oily skin. However, when I tried it on, i felt like my face was more oily for some reason. This primer has been a fantastic for my daily makeup routine. I fell in love with it because not only does it control my oily skin. It gives my skin a nice matte finish. This makes my concealer and foundation not have any cakey buildup. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a primer with oily or combination skin.
