Using clean hands, apply pH Balancing Cleanser to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean. Do not use a bath loofah, sponge, or towel as these may be harsh and rough on the vulva. May be used every time you wash.

The vulva encompasses all of the external organs, including the pubic mound, the labia majora and minora, the clitoris, the external openings of the urethra, and the vagina. I'm interested in using these and it says they are fragrance free but I see so many reviews complaining about the strong smell and/or that they "stink". I also see in the ingredients list that there is banana, coconut and camomile in these? How are these considered fragrance free? Thanks

We believe fragrance may be a skin irritant and doesn't belong in women's personal care products. The ingredients you mentioned are included in the formula, not as fragrances, but for their natural soothing properties and benefits. I have been been using this wash for years and years. They absolutely changed the formula despite denying it. Color is different, it's watered down, doesn't lather and smells terrible. I would have been a life long customer. Sadly, I'm going to have to switch.

I've tried many washes that claim to be ph balancing but this has been my holy grail. I've been using this wash consistently since 2022. Safe to say I can't live without out and will never switch up EVER.
