Thanks to @Influester and @neomorganics for this complmemtary cute but mighty sleep mist. Wow I did not expect much from this small sleep mist vial but it really does knock you on your a** lol. I didnt think musch of this because if melatonin gummies dont help why should this small spray right? Well... What I have been doing is spraying it on my shirt and pillow then take a deep breath as it states on the instructions let it out and repeat 5-7 times. It smells soooo good and instantly gives me a calming feeling when Im doing the respiratory exercises. I kid you not after taking deep breaths inhaling and exhaling I wont last even 10 minutes awake on my phone when I actually feel myself knocking out. This has helped me so much when I get home from graveyard shift because its hard to stay asleep during the day. My body naturally knows it daytime and wont let me fall asleep yet feeling so exhausted so this has significantly improved my sleep while working graveyard shift. Without it I can only sleep max 3-4 hours during the day and when I use the spray I go past 5-6 which is way better and I feel more rested. Ive already started looking in their Instagram page to start ordering more of their sleep products. Thinking of ordering the diffuser because if this small spray was so mighty im hoping the diffuser will help both my partner and I sleep better since its meant to be used in a room setting:) Last but not least I absolutely love that this brand uses organic ingredients in their products. The more natural/organic the better & Neom Organics you guys have me hooked! PS- the picture of me asleep was taken by my partner right after I used the small spray it really works!
