This Magnesium spray is kind of amazing. I sleep really well when I use it. Sometimes if I have a restless night, I get up and spray it on the back of my neck, go back to bed, and I'm out within 15 mins. I wake up refreshed, no grogginess. It also helps when I have achy limbs. I spray some of this magic and before I know it, I don't notice the ache because it's gone. This magic spray is something I buy as frequently as I buy OTC anti-inflammatories. I will not be without it.
