This spray really does help relieve muscle tension when you rub it in. Unfortunately, it leaves your skin sticky. I really wish it did not do that because it really does help more than most OTC products.

This spray has no real fragrance and the outlet gives a good volume of spray and immediately after spraying you an feel the magnesium working. It stings a little if you have any breakages on your skin, so don't spray unless your skin is clear. I also have felt like I go to sleep easier and for longer when I use this spray just before sleeping at night. This improves my life a lot and will improve your also. If you don't have this product in your household, then you need to get some! This has helped me get some much needed sleep at night and also with the aching joints that comes with getting older!
