This spray has no real fragrance and the outlet gives a good volume of spray and immediately after spraying you an feel the magnesium working. It stings a little if you have any breakages on your skin, so don't spray unless your skin is clear. I also have felt like I go to sleep easier and for longer when I use this spray just before sleeping at night. This improves my life a lot and will improve your also.
