Very gently puts you in a calm mood & before you know it you are drifting off to sleep. The bottle is a high quality package with a diffusing sprayer, looks pretty on your nightstand. Gently Effective & Calming to the Senses.
I'm not sure how it's doing it but it's working
I ordered this to help me with sleep and spray it on my feet an hour before bed. While it didn't help much in that department I thought of trying it on my shoulder for a weird muscle pain in have had for years. I woke up without frozen shoulder ! I'm still not sure how a small spray helped when doctors couldn't but give it a shot
Product does what it says!
This spray really does help relieve muscle tension when you rub it in. Unfortunately, it leaves your skin sticky. I really wish it did not do that because it really does help more than most OTC products.
