To experience this relaxing essential oil blend for sleep, use in your Wellbeing Pod. Fill the water tank of the Wellbeing Pod with cold water Do not exceed the maximum water level line Add up to 10 drops of the essential oil sleep blend With the touch of a button, it will instantly release a heatless, fine mist of scented vapour from the oils to help you relax and prepare for sleep into the atmosphere to stimulate your senses and help boost your wellbeing Alternatively you can also add 5 drops to a warm bath, or 1 to 2 drops to your chosen base oil for a relaxing massage.

This effect of this oil is that it is very helpful in assisting me to get back to sleep after I have woken up in the night. Purchased thinking this would be a relaxing essential Lavender oil yo given Room a wonderful scent. It's super powerful and overly scented with Patchouli oil that dominates this oil. I drop is all I use with 1 cup in my Neom plug in.

This is prefectly blended and so relaxing at the end of the day. I feel nothing but complete calm & contentment after applying to the soles of my feet (one of the most absorptive surfaces on our bodies) It has become an important part of our bedtime routine. I would recommend this blend to anyone !
