Squeeze excess water out of hair, then massage conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, making sure to evenly disperse product through hair. Leave on for two to three minutes then rinse thoroughly.

i really wanted to love this so bad because i have no problem with the hair mask. i have damaged hair that i am currently growing out and it just made the frizz worse, it made my hair feel more like hay.. this may work for other people and that is great! it just did not work for me, everyones hair needs are different!

Shockingly Poor Performance
I am genuinely stunned by how disappointing this conditioner was. I gave it two full washes to be absolutely certain — and unfortunately, it only confirmed my initial reaction. My hair felt worse after using it than before I washed it. It looked greasy yet somehow dry and brittle at the same time. It tangled easily, felt heavy and coated, and never rinsed out to that clean, weightless finish I expect from a quality conditioner. Instead of smooth, sleek, light, and hydrated, my hair felt dull, flat, and almost unwashed. Hair wash day is something I actually look forward to, and this completely ruined that experience. I regularly use higher-end brands and have never had my hair respond this poorly to a conditioner. This simply did not perform at even a basic level for me. Deeply disappointing.

I want to love this, but not sure how I feel about it. I have thick, wavy, frizzy 2b-2c hair. This shampoo/conditioner leaves my hair feeling very soft and detangled while I'm in the shower, but once my hair finishes air drying, it feels heavy and frizzy. I had high hopes when I felt how soft my hair was after I rinsed in the shower, but the final result leaves me slightly disappointed.
