Shockingly Poor Performance
I am genuinely stunned by how disappointing this conditioner was. I gave it two full washes to be absolutely certain — and unfortunately, it only confirmed my initial reaction. My hair felt worse after using it than before I washed it. It looked greasy yet somehow dry and brittle at the same time. It tangled easily, felt heavy and coated, and never rinsed out to that clean, weightless finish I expect from a quality conditioner. Instead of smooth, sleek, light, and hydrated, my hair felt dull, flat, and almost unwashed. Hair wash day is something I actually look forward to, and this completely ruined that experience. I regularly use higher-end brands and have never had my hair respond this poorly to a conditioner. This simply did not perform at even a basic level for me. Deeply disappointing.

I want to love this, but not sure how I feel about it. I have thick, wavy, frizzy 2b-2c hair. This shampoo/conditioner leaves my hair feeling very soft and detangled while I'm in the shower, but once my hair finishes air drying, it feels heavy and frizzy. I had high hopes when I felt how soft my hair was after I rinsed in the shower, but the final result leaves me slightly disappointed.

This conditioner feels more like a light serum rather than a conditioner. It is very watery once it's massaged into hair, and doesn't condition at all. Maybe it's just not for dry, damaged, color treated hair….
Not for thick hair
I have really thick hair and i was hoping this would work for me but it didn't. It smells great but i found myself using a bunch of product only for it to feel watered down. Will be returning
