Works when you don't use it often
I have hard water, blonde highlights and dry long thin-ish hair. When I used this a couple times a week it didnt seem to do much for me. But when I use it every couple weeks, i can actually air dry my hair without frizz and it feels very very soft.

Love , love this stuff! I have dry corse hair . This stuff leaves my hair soft and shiny . I will definitely buy it again . You only need a little bit so it lasts a long time . It's definitely worth the money.
Lost so much hair
I have had thick hair my whole life. I used this and the conditioner and treatment to try to repair damage from getting my hair colored. Not only did it not really repair my hair, I lost about 1/3 of my hair. I could see my scalp at one point on the front of my head. Thankfully I googled hair loss Olaplex to see if that could be causing the hair loss. I was relieved to see I was not the only one. So many people have had this issue. I stopped using it and the hair loss stopped. Buyer beware.
