I don't want to discount a product because I'm the odd minority, but it might be worth saying for others that Maca and L-Theanine are like coffee for me. Unfortunately, it has not really helped my sleep. I may have more of a sleep issue than it can help with. I still have two jars, so I will try again at another time. I went back to my Trazadone for sleeping. I will be visiting Canyon Ranch in October, and I will be discussing my sleep with them while I am there. I am hoping to try the Night Service again when I get back home.
