I don't want to discount a product because I'm the odd minority, but it might be worth saying for others that Maca and L-Theanine are like coffee for me. This product didn't for me, if anything it's another false advertisement. I was hopeful but now highly disappointed. No refund and no action by the company even though I expressed my concerns and opinion. I sure hope they stay honest and post this review because I think it's important to have transparency from all customers.

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I've noticed that I'm falling asleep much faster. Also, I'm getting better sleep and the racing thoughts of menopause seem to have quieted. So far the product delivers as promised and I plan to continue with it.
