As someone who has NEVER been able to curl my own hair AND has a hard time with curls staying/lasting, I use this product with ease. I bought it on sale without even reading that it "rotates" (which isn't true, it just bends or turns into an L shape, rotate isn't the right word but it's hard to desc...

Don't bother
Gets very hot within seconds. False advertising calling this "rotating." Should be called "bending," though I couldn't even get this into the L shape by twisting, pushing, or pulling, whether it was off or on. No instructions on how to bend it.. useless.

This is my favorite curling iron by far. It doesn't fry my hair but it still styles so fast and effortlessly. I don't use the pivot feature too often.
