As someone who has NEVER been able to curl my own hair AND has a hard time with curls staying/lasting, I use this product with ease. I bought it on sale without even reading that it "rotates" (which isn't true, it just bends or turns into an L shape, rotate isn't the right word but it's hard to desc...

Don't bother
Gets very hot within seconds. False advertising calling this "rotating." Should be called "bending," though I couldn't even get this into the L shape by twisting, pushing, or pulling, whether it was off or on. No instructions on how to bend it.. useless.

Easy to use wand
For those of us that struggle to curl our hair, Kristen Ess wand comes to our rescue!! I love how easy it was to use, how my hair looked with its beachy waves! I definitely recommend this product! It didn't take me as long as I normally do with a regular curling iron!
