Surprise new favorite 😍
I wasn't expecting much from this one. But as I started smoothing everything out with my brush I was THOROUGHLY impressed! Don't do a dabbing motion, this requires sweeping motion or even just old fashioned finger application. This wore great even over Peach and lily exosome protein serum and colorscience spf! Its a keeper.
Creamy hydration
I was surprised by this product. they hydration to the skin is great. I don't expect it to do all the work though. I do moisturize before I apply. I don't expect any foundation product to do that all on it's own. the coverage is great light to medium.
Product causes pilling!!

It flakes and causes pilling instead of absorbing in the skin smoothly. I have tried waiting for up to 10 mins to apply this after my moisturizer as well as tried patting instead of rubbing in, but the product balls up into tiny flakes all over my face...it is extremely annoying. I don't have this issue with other brands I have tried such as Bare Minerals! I still have majority of the product remaining and don't want to use it anymore!
Dried out my skin
I have combination skin, and at first, I really loved this product. It went on so smoothly, felt great on my skin, and didn't leave any residue on my clothes or headband. The color also looked great on my skin. However, after using it a few more times, my skin started feeling really tight and dry. I realized it was stripping a lot of the moisture from my skin, and I've been trying to repair the dryness with a deep moisturizing routine. I've ultimately stopped using it altogether. I think this could be a great product for someone with oily skin, but for my combination skin, it was just too drying. Unfortunately, I'm still trying to get my skin back to normal.
Smears and patchy
I was recommended this product from an Ulta associate. They mentioned that its great for dry akin and will provide moisture. Within the first week i noticed smearing and patching within the first hour of wearing it. I thought it was my skin care routine and focused more on it and i still had that problem. Will definetely be returning this.
