Peel the pad from its wrapper and remove the paper backing to reveal the adhesive strip. Place the sticky side down onto the center of your underwear. Adjust so it feels comfortable. Wrap any wings around the sides of your underwear if the pad has them. Change your pad every 4-6 hours (or sooner if needed) to stay fresh and protected.

Great Pads!!
The pads work great and don't leak. They are also super sinple to put on and take off. The pack will probably last you you two period cycles give or take so its also worth the money

The pads work great!! There are different sizes to accommodate for diffrent flows and they are easy to put on and take off. I would reccommend this to tweens/teens and anybody who wants to wear pads. Bonus: Its also black-owned🖤🖤
