Step 1: Start in one area of the face or scalp, gently rolling 4-5 times horizontally, vertically & diagonally.
Step 2: Continue to the next untreated area, repeating Step 1 until you've treated the entire desired area of the face or scalp.
Step 3: Take your time! Avoid the under-eye area and be mindful that you're not applying too much pressure, as this can have an adverse effect on your skin.

Be sure to roll in all directions (vertical, horizontal, and diagonal) for best results. 4. After you have rolled over your entire face, apply a moisturizer or serum to soothe the skin. Cleaning a Dermaroller 1. Rinse the derma roller with warm water to remove any debris. 2. Fill a small cup or bowl with isopropyl alcohol (at least 70% concentration). 3. Place the derma roller in the cup or bowl of alcohol for at least 5-10 minutes to let the alcohol disinfect the needles. You can also use an ultrasonic cleaner for additional cleaning. Good for face not for scalp
No great for scalp - you barely feel it. You're supposed to feel the needles so your follicles are stimulated. This feel like a soft toothbrush on your hair. Also, it does not come with replacement head options. Instead go for an item with also sells replacement rollers - most cost effective in the ...

Micro Derma Roller let down
I was excited to receive a new micro derma roller to replace my old overused one that I loved. Sadly the new one had very short/barely noticeable prongs that even if I applied pressure couldn't give the skin the feeling Ive been used to. I miss my first one. My face misses it. Its one of my favorite tools in my routine. Did you change companies?

I travel a fair bit and these are the perfect size. Especially with their own little bag. So easy to use. I roll them on my face, especially around my eyes to refresh.

I was initially a bit worried because I've never used anything like this before, but you only need to roll 2-3 times and remember to spray clean it with alcohol spray. Would be handy if Kitsch sold the alcohol spray seperately.
