Start with a clean face and apply facial oil or moisturizer. With the jade roller tool, roll upwards on your forehead, outward on your cheeks, from your chin to your ears, on your jawline, and gently under your eyes. Finish by rolling down your neck. With the gua sha tool, glide upwards on the forehead and neck, outwards on your cheeks, and from your chin to your ear along the jawline. After use, rinse the tools with warm water and mild soap, air dry, and store in a cool place.
