1.Clean your face, remove make-up, and apply the device only on dry, clean skin. 2.Press A button, Turn on the device, the infrared will enter the standby mode(blue light). 3.Press the B Button to start up the Heating, Vibration and LED functions. Red light will show. Once in touch with your skin, these functions are ON and the device head will warm up gradually 4.Gently massage your face by gliding the device over areas of concern in up/down and circular motions. A recommended use is 10-15 minutes per application 1-2 times a week. 5. Press the B Button to switch to standby mode. 6. To Turn Off the Device press the A button shortly (Not a long press). For best results, apply a moisturizing cream after each application of the device.
