I've been using these Menoprim Capsules and I'm pleasantly surprised at how much calmer and more even-keeled I've felt during the day. They seemed to help with those annoying hot flashes and mood swings, and even made my sleep nights feel a little smoother. I like that they're easy to take once a day and don't upset my stomach.
