Scoop a pea sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Follow with preferred second cleanser.

Horrible!
I have loved this product for over 2 yrs and use it daily to remove makeup. Open opening this new container the balm was gummy and had a horrible smell, I returned and checked product in the store and it was the same consistency and horrible strong odor. The sales person also checked others on the shelf and they were all the same. I don't know if Byoma changed ingredients but I will not use this product again!
Worst cleansing balm ive ever used
Will not melt any kind of mascara, doesnt matter if it is waterproof. I end up needing another makeup removing product before cleansing

It smelled horrendous like flaming tires- did i get a bad batch? Also so thick it was difficult to spread around without tugging at skin
