Shake well before use. Dispense up to 5 pumps into your palm, depending on hair length, density, and texture.
Rub hands together and distribute product evenly throughout clean wet hair, starting at the mid lengths and working through the ends. Do not rinse.
Finish with blow dryer, diffuser, flat iron, and/or curler. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately and thoroughly.

Love it, but do I smell fish??
Honestly, I purchased two of these on sale used up and an repurchasing… do love the way they make my hair feel and de-frizz however, unless I'm crazy, I do smell a tiny fishy undertone when applying I would have to guess that there is some type of omega oil involved, but like I said, I do enjoy this product so I'm going to spare myself looking and try to ignore the slightest hint that I noticed.

I love this product so much. It really smooth out my hair and helped with frizz, especially because I live in a high humidity area. It doesn't leave much of a residue and I didn't even have to follow up with oil after styling. The product is lightweight and does not make your hair oily.
Fishy smell
I wanted to like this so bad. I need an anti frizz oil of some sort but this smells terrible. Maybe it was just my bottle but i returned this immediately. I went on other forums where others also said it smelled fishy. :(

The texture is lightweight but does feel greasy and it's not once applied to your hair. Its gives my style a sleek polished finish that last. Because I live in a very humid state "Louisiana " I didn't feel like it last all day. But it does help.
