Great Sunscreen
This is a great product that is comfortable to wear and won't leave a cast. If you sweat it won't run and become white. A little provides good coverage. It's scentless so it's perfect for when you wear your own scent/parfum. I am super happy with BGS
I really wanted to like it
I love supporting black owned businesses especially in skin care. quite often our skin is not considered with product formulation. I would much rather spend my money with a company that's being intentional. with that said I love the clear application. never an issue with a white cast. goes well as a first layer before makeup and no pilling. downsides are for me as someone with combination skin and acne prone I do not do well with this sunscreen especially in the summertime. my face just kind of stays oily and greasy. for someone with dry skin or who isn't acne prone it would probably appear as a nice glow for them. for me it's just greasy and I feel like my summer breakouts never go away. so if you have the right skin type this could be a great SPF for you. if you're acne prone with combo skin I recommend to keep looking.
Works very well
This sunscreen is completely clear and very effective. There is no fragrance and it is smooth going on, like a primer. Feels good to have a sunscreen without the white cast.
Where has this been all my life!
I absolutely love the coverage and texture of this product. I break out easily, so I'm hesitant to try new products on my face.

Yes, I do indeed buy this product regularly for a few years because it's just that good. This sunscreen goes on smoothly and vanishes quickly without leaving an ashy appearance. After it dries, apply your favorite SPF moisturizer and blend. BGS is the best sunscreen I've ever tried.
