Love and about to order my second bottle
I drink 1 sleepy girl mocktail before bed nearly every night now. I just put 1 tsp of this into a glass of flavored sparkling water and after half of the drink I already feel relaxed. I've recommended this to friends who have bought it now too and love. Glad I found this, saved me from my sleepless nights 🫶🏻

For the price I would love for the bottle to be fuller it's only 3/4 full
Great sleep supplement
Flavor tasted good and was pretty mild so it can easily be added with a similar tasting juice if desired. I felt the effects after about 30 min and i was able to sleep 9 hours uninterrupted. Great product!
Relaxing
I really like this magnesium. The little bit of melatonin helps me get to sleep and the magnesium helps me stay asleep. I also really like that I can drink a cocktail before bed instead of taking large capsule(s).

This has substituted wine at night to relax me
