Best tasting magnesium supplement with a great texture
I've tried a few magnesium powders and this one dissolves into the smoothest, most unnoticeable solvent. The flavor is like old-school cherry kool-aid and the effects work quickly. Have purchased more than once (it's easier to get via Ulta).

This sounds so dramatic but i was having troubles sleepinf for so long. I would get terrible nightmares just using melatonin. When i saw this i had to give it a try. im on my second jar and i trult can not go a night without it. im asleep within 30 min of taking it. With the other ingredients in this it also helps my muscle recovery while im working out as well. but more than anything i can sleep once again. i truly love this product im so thankful that this has finally helped me. 10/10💫
