[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have never seen an eyeliner like this before! The felt tip was designed for thin and thick style eyeliner designs, its really cool! The liner formula itself is just as great, it dries just fast enough to modify it or go over it without it flaking off or smearing & stays all day, even with my oily eyelids.
