It worka on bare skin like if you are testing it out on your hand in store. Will not apply over eyeshadow AT ALL.

It's easy to remove with an oil cleanser, and the packaging itself is so cute (I love the neon). I have been reaching for this over my KVD and hourglass, and I'll definitely buy it again.

it's easy to apply and lasts pretty long. im not that great at eyeliner and i find the design of the tip to be really helpful. ive had it for over a year and i keep it stored tip down so it doesnt dry out
