Directions For Best Results:
- Cleanse skin thoroughly. (Excess oil or other product residue may lessen the tightening effect.)
- Try exfoliating as product may cling to flaky skin and cause white residue.
- Pat skin dry. Do not use eye cream or moisturizer, as this will reduce the tightening effect.
- Shake tube. To control application, squeeze a pea-size amount on the back of your hand first. Using your fingertip or dry makeup brush, take product from back of hand as needed, starting with a tiny amount (less is more, to avoid white residue). Spread onto the eye and brow area.
- If more product is needed, apply quickly while first layer is still wet. Layering onto dry product may result in white residue.
- Stay expressionless for 3 to 7 minutes so product can properly set and dry. If needed, once dry, pat away any residue with a damp cotton swab.
Tip: Apply concealer and other makeup as needed. Oil-based and/or powder formulas are ideal, as water-based makeup may weaken the tightening effect. "

I saw this brand revamped this product. The product does tighten your skin and Gets rid of puffiness, but it has a white residue that at least all over your face

It does work, smoothes, de-puffs, makes a BIG improvement BUT as soon as you apply concealer or makeup over, it's GAME OVER!! it peels so much you look like you have some terrible skin disorder of the under eyes Just BAD!!! DO NOT BUY!
