I love this product

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I absolutely loved the idea of being able to fix my eyeliner easily without ruining my eyeshadow and it did work. However, after a couple of uses its not effective as it smears the eyeliner due to being previously used. I tried wiping it off the wand but was unsuccessful.
