I am shocked that this company is so cheap as to make the pump an add on product. The price of the shampoo and conditioner has gone up more than $30 in the past 3 years and now this is an add on? Of course it should be included. I had an older one from 2021 when they were included and it broke... I cannot get a replacement since #1 this is out of stock... #2 I am not paying for a $3 product PLUS TAX AND SHIPPING for something that should be included. This is the height of corporate greed. I would give zero stars but that is not an option.
Pump runs short for liter bottles
I've purchased the pumps before without issue but this time around it's short. I reached the end of the pump and the liter bottle still has a lot left at the bottom. First you make us pay for the pump separately then you shorten it as if we plan to waste product? Just an inconvenience and disappointment all around.

You now have to purchase it and btw it's additional postage etc. didn't even give me a one time consideration after so many years a customer. And btw one of the current pumps I'm using doesn't even work. I have to pour it out of the liter bottle. So disappointing!
