Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Nice Primer
Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

I am so glad i bought this primer. I got this primer just in time when i started breaking it because of hormones. It helped with my redness and made my concealer blend and cover my blemishes seamlessly. Theres no added scents and very gentle on my sensitive skin. Also this primer didn't cause pilling when blending so a major plus!!!!

I got this to add to me routine to take a few steps out of my makeup routine. Overall it's a good primer. It does help with color correction but I feel like I have to use more primer than I usually do to get it to work well. It is easy to apply and dries fast, which is a help for busy mornings. Overall, it does what I need it to at a great price.
